The Role

We are seeking an organised and proactive Property Co-ordinator to support smooth day-to-day property operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive and fast-moving team within a thriving property business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scheduling and coordinating maintenance works
  • Handling daily tenant communication
  • Coordinating with contractors to ensure timely and effective completion of jobs
  • Ensuring all compliance requirements are arranged and kept up to date
  • Basic reporting and accurate data entry
  • Providing administrative support to the wider property team

About You

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Confident liaising with contractors and tenants
  • Detail-oriented with good administrative capability
  • Experience in property, maintenance coordination, or similar roles is beneficial
  • Proactive, calm under pressure, and solutions-focused
