Salary: 30,000 per year

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Friday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and reliable Personal Assistant / Administrative Assistant to support the Managing Director and wider team. This is a hands-on role that combines traditional PA duties with financial admin, follow-up tasks, and personal support. The successful candidate will be a natural communicator, able to manage priorities independently and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to and managing incoming emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Sending invoices and chasing payments from clients
  • Reconciling payments and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Following up on and actioning tasks from video calls or team meetings
  • Booking travel, accommodation, and managing itineraries
  • Updating the Managing Director each morning on what was actioned the previous day
  • Supporting with personal errands and tasks on behalf of the Managing Director
  • Assisting other team members with administrative tasks as required
  • Maintaining organised records, filing, and documentation
  • General PA/admin tasks, including diary management, reminders, and basic reporting

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in a PA, EA, or admin role (essential)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable with invoicing and basic financial admin
  • Tech-savvy and confident using email, spreadsheets, task managers, and video conferencing tools
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines
  • High level of discretion, trustworthiness, and professionalism
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
