Job Title: Part Time HR Administrator

Working hours: 4 hours per day.

Location - Mill Hill on Mondays and working from home Tuesday-Thursday

Start date - ASAP

Duration - Temp initially but has opportunity to go permanent

Responsibilities

Maintain and update HR Databases

Manage HR Inbox

Minute Taking

Supporting with HR related projects

Formatting job descriptions, adverts on job boards and assisting with the recruitment cycle.

DBS checks and employment checks for new starters

Organise induction programmes

Report on mandatory training

Essential

Proven experience in HR administrator

Strong ability in MS office systems

Understanding of recruitment tools

Able to coordinate and support on an ad hoc basis

Able to handle data with confidentiality

Excellent communication and can pick tasks up quickly.
