Are you a passionate Art Teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people? Brent River College, a "GOOD" rated Alternative Provision based in Kingsbury (NW9), is looking for a committed and creative educator to join our team from September 2025.

About Brent River College:
Brent River College supports students in Key Stages 3 & 4 who have been permanently excluded from mainstream education. We are dedicated to re-engaging students through high expectations, strong relationships, and a supportive environment.
Class sizes are small (6-10 students), and while our learners follow the national curriculum, our approach is highly personalised to meet diverse needs and unlock potential.

The Role:
As our Art Teacher, you will:

Deliver inspiring and engaging Art lessons tailored to individual needs
Foster creativity, confidence, and a sense of achievement in students
Contribute to a team committed to transforming young lives
Maintain high expectations for behaviour, attendance, and achievement

What We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (Unqualified teachers with strong subject expertise will also be considered)
Experience working in UK schools (preferably with SEMH or Alternative Provision settings)
A valid Enhanced DBS (Child or Child & Adult Workforce) registered on the Update Service - or willingness to apply for one
A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to build strong, supportive relationships with students
A passion for inclusive education and belief in the power of creativity
