Your new roleYou'll join as an Audit Senior based in Edinburgh, with flexibility to work from other regional offices. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual with audit experience to lead a portfolio of audit assignments, support and mentor junior staff, and build strong client relationships. You'll gain broad audit experience across a diverse client base in a collaborative and modern working environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading audit assignments from planning through to final sign-off
- Assisting on additional audits as needed
- Building strong client relationships and delivering added value
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
- Managing budgets and meeting deadlines
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 2.5 years of audit experience, ideally with commercial or owner-managed businesses
- Qualified or Part Qualified ACCA/ICAS (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and ISA standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A team-oriented, reliable, and proactive approach
