Support Accountant

Search are delighted to be supporting the recruitment of a Bookkeeper for our award-winning client's Edinburgh office with hybrid working. If you're a Bookkeeper, Accounts Assistant or Accountant with strong interpersonal skills and a desire to be part of a supportive team and company that values work-life balance, you'd be encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities:* Serving as the initial point of contact for our customers through phone, email, and online chat, and addressing their queries accurately and promptly.* Conducting training sessions for customers via outbound calls, including those on a free trial and subscribers seeking additional training.* Proactively reaching out to users to offer assistance.* Supporting potential customers by providing the information they need to make informed decisions about our product.* Collaborating with product teams to test new features or enhancements to existing functionalities.Skills and experience you'll ideally have:* Practical accounting experience (payroll, VAT, Self Assessment).* Strong knowledge of accounting processes.* Tech-savvy and computer-literate.* Awareness of bookkeeping and accounting software.* Demonstrable interpersonal skills.What's in it for you:* A salary range of £28k - £33k per annum.* Study support and opportunities for development. * Generous leave allowance. * Flexible/hybrid working options.* Private health care and life assurance.If you'd like to apply or find out more, please submit your CV at the earliest opportunity and/or get in touch at .
