About the Role

As an Administrative Assistant you will: 

  • Provide essential administrative support across various teams.
  • Copy type legal documents with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage correspondence and maintain files, ensuring meticulous record-keeping.
  • Draft court documents and update our case management systems.
  • Handle telephone calls, responding to queries where appropriate.
  • Coordinate diary management, scheduling, and office logistics.
  • Assist with photocopying, document delivery, and other office administration tasks as required.

Your role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of service and efficiency within our firm.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written abilities.
  • Organisational Excellence: Ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Competence in Microsoft Office Suite and case management systems.

  • Court Work: Experience with court work is preferred but not essential

Core Hours:

  • Monday-Thursday: 8.45am - 4.45pm
  • Friday: 8.45am - 4.15pm
