Join the Team:
We're looking to recruit two highly motivated Pre-Market Advisors to join our successful Estate Agency team in Edinburgh.
The Role: Pre-Market Advisor:
We are looking for a well-organised and proactive individual to join our team as a Pre-Market Advisor. This key position involves managing the pre-marketing phase of property sales, ensuring properties are ready to launch and supporting a smooth transition to the sales team.
You will work closely with colleagues to ensure each property is presented effectively and marketed on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the coordination of the pre-market phase to ensure properties meet quality and marketing standards.
Tasks include gathering marketing materials, managing upfront payments, updating internal systems, and maintaining compliance records.
Ensure all actions are aligned with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements.
Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and managing expectations throughout the pre-market stage.
Monitor timelines to ensure a smooth handover from pre-marketing to the sales team.
Draft and issue fee notes throughout the client journey, ensuring accuracy in line with policy.
Manage financial transactions related to pre-market services, including invoicing and payment processing.
Keep accurate financial records and ensure documentation is current.
Provide regular updates to senior team members on financial performance, fee collection, and outstanding payments.
Contribute to lead generation by identifying and targeting new opportunities, ensuring a steady stream of properties enters the pipeline.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
Experience in a property or administrative role preferred.
Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and confident in delivering customer service via phone and email.

Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build client relationships.
Demonstrate sound decision-making and keep clients informed throughout the process.
