- Processing purchase orders on the financial system
- Posting authorised invoice batches into the system
- Managing the finance team mailbox, ensuring timely responses
- Supporting contract managers with financial administration tasks
- Creating supplier accounts
- Completing month-end reconciliations, including journal checks & spend reviews (GPC & EEMS)
- Assisting the Finance Support Manager with ad hoc tasks
- Previous experience in a financial administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
