What You Can Expect:
- Salary: 35,000 per year plus performance-based bonus
- Annual Leave: 33 days
- Positive Work Culture: Weekly office lunches, monthly half-days, and quarterly KPI bonuses
- Working Hours: Full-time, office-based, Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of residential property operations, including inspections, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations
- Develop strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure high levels of service and satisfaction
- Proactively resolve issues and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards
- Prepare and manage property budgets, monitor performance, and generate financial reports
- Maintain accurate records and handle lease disputes, evictions, and other legal matters
- Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in property management, including leases and maintenance coordination
- Strong understanding of Scottish housing regulations and legal procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Financial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and analyse performance
- Confident leadership with the ability to motivate and develop others
- Proficiency in property management software and the Google Suite
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
