What You Can Expect:

  • Salary: 35,000 per year plus performance-based bonus
  • Annual Leave: 33 days
  • Positive Work Culture: Weekly office lunches, monthly half-days, and quarterly KPI bonuses
  • Working Hours: Full-time, office-based, Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of residential property operations, including inspections, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations
  • Develop strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure high levels of service and satisfaction
  • Proactively resolve issues and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards
  • Prepare and manage property budgets, monitor performance, and generate financial reports
  • Maintain accurate records and handle lease disputes, evictions, and other legal matters
  • Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in property management, including leases and maintenance coordination
  • Strong understanding of Scottish housing regulations and legal procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Financial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and analyse performance
  • Confident leadership with the ability to motivate and develop others
  • Proficiency in property management software and the Google Suite
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
