Search Recruitment are looking for general Building Maintenance Operative to take on work in Edinburgh city centre in a student accommodation building. Most of the duties will be Plan Preventative Maintenance (PPM) of small works throughout the communal areas. Up to £17.00 per hour and long term contracts available.
