Paraplanning Manager

We are looking for a skilled and detailoriented Paraplanning Manager to join our financial planning team. The Paraplanning Manager will play a key role in supporting our financial advisors by conducting research, preparing financial plan, and ensuring that all documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations, as well as managing a team of Paraplanners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Manage a team of Paraplanners: Ensure the effective training, development, and oversight of a team of Paraplanners.
  • Prepare Financial Plans: Collaborate with financial advisors to create comprehensive financial plans that align with clients' goals and objectives.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct indepth research on investment options, insurance products, and other financial services to provide accurate recommendations.
  • Client Support: Assist in the preparation of client presentations and reports, ensuring that all information is clear, accurate, and complies with relevant legislation.
  • Ongoing Review: Regularly update and maintain clients' financial plans to ensure they remain current and relevant.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a Paraplanning or Financial Advice role.
  • Education: Diploma in Financial Planning (or working towards) or equivalent qualification.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of financial planning tools, products, and compliance standards.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to produce high-quality work with a strong focus on accuracy and detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with advisors and clients effectively.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
