We are looking for an experienced Paraplanner Team Leader to lead and support the Paraplanners. You'll manage daily operations, drive process improvements, develop team capability, and support strategic initiatives-all while ensuring consistent, high-quality service.What you'll do:
- Lead, train, and develop a team of Paraplanners
- Standardise and improve processes using tools like Xplan
- Oversee work-flow and performance reviews
- Deliver monthly reporting and support key projects
- Ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency
Knowledge
- Experience in the Financial Services Industry within a support function
- Good understanding of Xplan
- Knowledge of creating and updating processes & procedures
- Experience in staff management, training, coaching a team
Skills & Qualifications
- Current or previous experiences as a Paraplanner for HNW clients, preferably in an Independent firm
- Client focused, delivering a high standard of client service
- Proficient in MS Word/Excel
