The CompanyA specialist transformation consultancy within the investment and wealth management sector is seeking a Senior Consultant - Delivery Lead to join its strategic delivery team. This function supports major change programmes across core operations, technology strategy, and platform implementation for a portfolio of leading wealth managers, investment platforms, and financial institutions.
The RoleAs a Senior Consultant - Delivery Lead, you will take a central role in managing complex transformation programmes from inception through to delivery. Operating within multi-party environments, you'll serve as the key interface between clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
This is a client-facing, delivery-focused role that requires structured thinking, stakeholder management, and the ability to operate confidently in fast-paced, regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities:-
Lead the end-to-end delivery of high-profile transformation initiatives across the wealth and investment space.

Serve as the main delivery contact for senior client stakeholders, ensuring alignment on progress, risks, and outcomes.

Coordinate delivery across cross-functional teams including testing, data, solution design, and platform implementation.

Work closely with platform vendors and internal SMEs to deliver complex system or operational change.

Produce MI, status reports, and ensure delivery governance is embedded throughout.

Uphold best practice across project delivery, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
Essential:
-
Solid background in delivery or transformation consulting, ideally with exposure to wealth, pensions, or insurance.

Experience delivering platform or system change programmes in complex financial environments.

Understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies; confident using tools such as JIRA or similar.

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, particularly in multi-vendor programmes.

Ability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity across fast-moving programmes.
Desirable:

Knowledge of key platforms such as FNZ, SS&C, or Avaloq.

Relevant delivery certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, Agile Foundation).
