Your new role
As a Team Administrator, you'll provide vital administrative support to external and internal stakeholders. You'll be responsible for managing communications, coordinating meetings, processing client instructions, and maintaining accurate records. Your role will involve:

  • Opening, scanning, and saving incoming posts
  • Responding to client and introducer queries via phone and email
  • Managing workflow queues and booking meetings
  • Supporting client onboarding and transfer processes
  • Handling internal transfers and payment instructions
  • Updating client records and processing account amendments
  • Preparing materials for meetings, including printing and binding reports
