Who are you?

  • Must have Basic DBS check
  • Should provide 2 professional references
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Experience in building service systems is a plus
  • General construction background preferred
  • Commitment to health and safety


What are you going to do?

  • Undertake general maintenance tasks
  • Perform planned and reactive maintenance
  • Work on fire dampers and related systems
  • Assist other skilled tradespeople
  • Carry out minor building repairs
  • Respond to weather-related issues (snow clearing, etc.)
  • Maintain service records
  • Liaise with clients and colleagues
  • Comply with health and safety policies
  • Complete mandatory training
  • Communicate effectively with team members
  • Handle other duties as assigned
