We have an exciting new vacancy for a Breakfast Chef to join our team at The Britannia Hotel Edinburgh. This 223-room hotel is ideally located in the West End. Our hotel is within easy reach of the city's major attractions and just a short walk from Haymarket train station

Your duties will include:
- Preparing and cooking breakfast for our guests.
- Accepting deliveries and arranging stock rotation
- Ensuring orders are placed whilst monitoring stock levels
- Keeping all kitchen stores and fridges clean
- Various roles within the kitchen in quiet time.
This role will be ideal for someone that has kitchen experience, full training for the role will be also be given.
