Job Title – Relief Chef

Adkins and Cheurfi Recruitment are looking to recruit agency chefs to join our Edinburgh & Lothians based relief team.

We provide skilled chefs to a wide variety of clients which include contract catering sites, hotels, restaurants, care homes, schools & much more. Our flexible payment options inlcude excellent rates of pay either PAYE (plus holiday pay) or the choice to work as an LTD company or under an umbrella payment plan.

With weekly pay (every Friday), variety of shifts and venues, exciting new challenges, career progression and flexible work options, we enusre chefs have the support they need.

Role/Responsibilities 

• Food Preparation
• Stock Control
• Capable of running any given section
• Always maintaining kitchen cleanliness at all times and ensuring food hygiene procedures are being followed.

Candidate 

• 2+ years chef experience
• Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
• Must have own chef whites and knives
• Driving Licence and own transport (preferred)

Salary and Benefits 

• £15.00 to £23.00 per hour (DOE)
• Weekly pay
• Uniform provided after probationary period
• Free access updated certificates
• Up to 28 days accrued holiday pay available
