KPI Recruiting is currently hiring experienced Chefs for a fast-paced kitchen role in Edinburgh. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume food service environment and is confident in all areas of food preparation.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes
• Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in recipe and menu development
• Handling meats, fish, and a variety of ingredients
• Maintaining food hygiene and kitchen safety standards
• Assisting with general kitchen operations as required

Pay & Holiday Entitlement (Pre-AWR):

• Pay Rate: £16.00 per hour
• Holiday Entitlement: Accrued in line with agency policy (typically 28 days pro-rata)
• Payment Frequency: Weekly (every Friday into your nominated bank account)
• Notice Period: None required, though professional notice is appreciated
