We have an exciting new vacancy for a Head Chef to join our team at The Britannia Hotel Edinburgh. This 223-room hotel is ideally located in the West End. Our hotel is within easy reach of the city's major attractions and just a short walk from Haymarket train station

Your main duties will include:
- Manage and motivate a skilled kitchen team, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.
- Plan and design menus that impress, from la carte dishes to large-scale banquets.
- Oversee the preparation of high-quality meals, ensuring consistency and exceptional taste.
- Uphold strict hygiene, safety, and food quality regulations.
- Efficiently handle food deliveries, stock levels, and cost control.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced, professional, and confident Chef with strong leadership skills, capable of managing daily operations, leading the kitchen team, and maintaining budgets efficiently.
