## Responsibilities- Actively seek out new business opportunities in the fire and security maintenance sector- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the successful delivery of maintenance services- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in fire and security technology- Provide tailored solutions to meet clients' maintenance needs- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling proposals and presentations
## Qualifications- Proven track record in maintenance sales within the fire and security industry- In-depth knowledge of CCTV, access control, and intruder systems- Strong understanding of life safety systems and relevant industry regulations- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Experience in developing and implementing business development strategies
## Day-to-day- Prospecting and presenting maintenance solutions to potential clients- Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients- Collaborating with the technical team to ensure maintenance services are delivered effectively- Keeping up to date with industry trends and technologies- Networking and attending industry events to build and strengthen business connections
