A multidisciplinary Engineering Consultancy, with offices spanning the UK, are seeking a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer to join their expanding team in Edinburgh on a variety of ground investigation and geotechnical design projects across the central belt. With over 15 offices and as one of the largest and most established engineering consultancies in the country, this role is the perfect next step for progression and career development.

The successful Graduate Geotechnical Engineer will be:

  • Overseeing ground investigation projects.
  • Writing factual and interpretive reports.
  • Contributing to Geotechnical Design Reports and Ground Investigation reports.
  • Working on site, borehole logging and trial pitting. Soil sampling and groundwater & gas monitoring may be required.
  • Training more junior members.

To be successful in this Graduate Geotechnical Engineer application process you must have experience as a geotechnical engineer and be competent in Preliminary Risk Assessments and Intrusive Ground investigations. Applicants must live in or near to Edinburgh, hold a valid UK driving licence and be willing to travel to work. A full right to work in the UK is essential.
