CNX is working alongside a high-end contractor based in Edinburgh, and due to the future workload, are looking to recruit a Project Coordinator on a permanent basis.

This role is to provide administrative support to the Managing Director. As a Project Coordinator you will be building and maintaining relationships with all our internal and external parties, coordinating between our staff onsite and in office.

Key duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure all site docs, including timesheets, are processed in a timely manner
  • Ensure site notices are communicated to Contracts Managers
  • Raising and issuing Purchase Orders and Invoices.
  • Support the MD on weekly meetings with Contractors, ensuring they have a full schedule of works ahead
  • Liaise with the Field Supervisors daily to ensure works are completed as per the schedule
  • Provide constructive feedback and support the team members on day-to-day duties
  • Provide telephone and system support

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 4+ years of administration experience
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) skills
  • Confident and proficient with technology
  • Previous knowledge and experience of construction industry (desirable)
     

Relevant experience, indicating that the candidate has:

  • Clear understanding of operational delivery in a commercially focused business environment and timely delivery of customer requirements
  • Ability to self-motivate and work well within a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent people skills and telephone manner
  • Thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities accordingly

This role is permanent, and office based in Edinburgh. Full driving license would be preferable.

Start date will be June 2025 and salary ranges between £30,000 to £40,000, depending on experience and location.
