Plater / Fabricator - Edinburgh

Rate: 23-25 per hour (DOE)
We are currently looking for an experienced Plater/Fabricator to join a team working on a bridge reinforcement and refurbishment project in Edinburgh.
Key Details:

• 
  Start: Tuesday 29th October 2025
• 
  Ongoing long-term work
• 
  9-10 hours per day
• 
  23-25 per hour, depending on experience

Duties include:

• 
  Replacing and fitting steel plates
• 
  Carrying out general plater/fabricator duties on structural steel
• 
  Working as part of a team on bridge refurbishment and reinforcement tasks

Requirements:

• 
  Blue CSCS card (preferred)
• 
  Proven experience as a Plater/Fabricator on structural or bridge projects
• 
  ideally Competent in multiple welding/fabrication processes (e.g. MMA, MIG, TIG - desirable)
• 
  Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• 
  Reliable and safety-conscious
