Are you a Contracts Manager or similar from a Construction background looking to progress your career within a tight-knit company, offering flexible and autonomous working?

Do you want to develop your skillset within a specialist field as you progress into Management with the potential to head up your own team?

This company, established in 2000 have since seen steady growth, now with over 20 employees. They work across a variety of sectors including Civil and Structural Design, Building Surveying and Insurance, UK wide. Due to their continued growth they are looking to add a Contracts Manager to their team who can focus on the Scotland area.

In this autonomous role you will be solely responsible for visiting customers across Scotland. You will meet with Residential and Commercial clients as you assess building damage, photograph and create reports, reporting back to the office.

This role would suit a Contracts Manager or similar with experience in the Construction industry, looking to join a tight-knit company offering training in a specialist field, ongoing progression with the potential to head up your own team, and flexible working.

The Role:

  • Visit Commercial and Residential Sites across Scotland.
  • Assess building damage, taking photographs and building reports.
  • Company Car / Car Allowance.
  • Excellent progression with the opportunity to build out a team.

The Person:

  • Contracts Manager or similar.
  • Background in Construction.
  • Commutable to sites around Scotland.
