Chasing payments professionally and timely
Oversee a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring that payments are received in accordance with agreed terms and conditions
Chase overdue payments by phone, email, and letter while maintaining a professional relationship with customers
Ensure the timely collection of debts and assist in maintaining the company's cash flow
Resolve any disputes or issues related to payment and work closely with the sales and customer service teams to address concerns
Assess credit risk and monitor customer credit limits to ensure they align with company policy and industry standards
Reconcile customer accounts, manage payment plans, and keep accurate records of all communications
Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues effectively
Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment processing
Provide cover and support to colleagues

Experience:

Proven Credit Control experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent Excel skills
Strong organisational skills
