Customer Service Admin

We're looking for a Customer Service Admin to join a friendly and supportive Customer Operations team, working at the heart of team. You'll play a key role in making sure customers receive accurate bills, clear communication, and an all-round excellent experience.



What you'll be doing

No two days are the same! You'll be:

  • Supporting customers across their full journey, from meter readings to billing queries

  • Managing amendments, reassessments, allowances, and exemption processes

  • Making sure readings and bills are accurate, timely, and compliant

  • Working closely with meter readers and internal teams to resolve issues smoothly

  • Handling customer queries via phone, email, and written correspondence

  • Investigating problem readings and agreeing the right next steps with customers

  • Updating customer accounts and records with precision and care

  • Managing your own workload to meet targets and service standards

  • Spotting opportunities to offer helpful additional products or solutions

  • Supporting applications for charitable exemptions and trade effluent services
