Reed is excited to partner with a leading company in the Property and Land Data sector to recruit an Operations Support Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about customer service and thrives in a dynamic, supportive environment. As an Operations Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing customer interactions and supporting operational excellence.
Day-to-day of the role:- Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries, managing communications related to orders, account queries, and product information efficiently.
- Deliver high-quality service by handling both inbound and outbound calls, along with a variety of processing tasks.
- Resolve customer issues promptly at the first point of contact whenever possible and escalate complex issues as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to exchange information, resolve enquiries, and support overall team objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with customers, aiming to exceed their expectations.
- Contribute to the team's efforts in achieving performance standards and meeting business objectives.
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service with a focus on delivering results.
- Strong administrative, planning, and organisational skills.
- Effective problem-solving abilities with a capacity to prioritize a diverse workload.
- Extensive experience in providing value-added customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with database management.
- Experience with Salesforce is advantageous but not essential.
