You will be expected to effectively and efficiently manage the end to end customer journey and ensure the all elements of the process are covered.


Duties and Responsibilities:

Taking inbound calls from customers who require support and guidance.
Providing 5* service to customers at all times.
Maintain company standards for a globally recognised brand.
Solve customer problems and help resolve issues.
Provide advice and guidance to customers.
Excellent multitasking skills within their work space as well as computer software programs.
Be a professional representative of our company that other employees look up to.
