We're hiring a Data Operator to join our team and help us with a variety of data-related tasks. If you're organised, have strong computer skills, and enjoy working with information, we'd love to hear from you!

Job title: Data Operator

Job type: Temporary - ongoing

Location: Edinburgh, EH3 9PE

Pay Rate: 12.45 per hour

Hours of work: 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Shift time: 08:00 -15:30 (Work from office)

Responsibilities include:

  • Identify the type of form and apply business rules
  • Review images and information, inputting data into appropriate fields
  • Verify and check data for accuracy
  • Follow production procedures and complete internal documentation and tracking
  • Index key data into multiple software applications
  • Maintain a clean work environment, adhering to Imaging Centre guidelines
  • Perform other duties as specified by your Supervisor/Manager

Skills required:

  • Computer Literate
  • Familiarity with administrative experience and proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, understand the importance of detail and accuracy, and meet production rates while producing quality work
  • Computer Literate
  • Attention to detail
  • Must be able to pass various checks such as DBS Scotland, Adverse Finance and provide 5 years work history
