GI Pro are working with a leading communications product manufacturer that are recruiting for Assembly Technicians in Edinburgh.

This is an ongoing full time hours contract role

Offering a pay rate up to £12.21 per hour

Working shifts: 8am - 5 Monday-Thursday with 2.30pm finish Friday

The role

Assemble / modify electrical or electronic products and equipment from
Working from technical drawings
Soldering, wiring, and working with hand tools, power tools, machinery, and other equipment
Input data onto the CRM
Will be some heavy lifting involved up to 20 kilos

The candidate

Mechanical assembly, or soldering and wiring experience is desirable
You will be able to work with hand and air tools / soldering irons
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Must be willing to rotate between various positions in the organization based on business needs.
