This is a full-time hybrid role (with occasional in-person meetings in Edinburgh or London) supporting a small, collaborative team that values initiative, clear communication, and getting things done.Essential skills and experience:

  • Experience in an administrative or PA/EA role
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • A confident communicator with a professional, friendly approach
  • High attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities
  • Able to handle confidential information and work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • A good eye for layout and visual presentation; basic design experience is a bonus
