About the Role:
As a Fleet Generalist, you will be the heartbeat of our operations, working directly with our riders to ensure a seamless experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field while collaborating with various teams to drive improvements and promote our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate parking areas throughout the city to ensure optimal space utilisation.
  • Patrol on a bike to repark our bikes and maintain a neat, tidy environment.
  • Conduct in-field quality checks, identifying and flagging any damaged bikes.
  • Provide valuable feedback to the city success team regarding current and potential parking locations.
  • Assist in recovering lost and missing bikes, helping to keep our fleet on the move.
  • Report any instances of user misconduct, such as riding on pavements.
  • Engage in marketing events and promote our services, assisting riders with inquiries about creating accounts and safely riding.

  • Customer service is your forte, and you have an approachable nature.
  • You can navigate communication with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
