As M&A Tax Manager you will be involved in;
- Providing tax advice on internal operations, transactions and projects
- Monitoring changes in tax law & oversight of tax aspects of all legal documentation
- Advising on tax implications of corporate M&A activity
- Advising the business on emerging tax issues
As M&A Tax Manager you will be;
- Fully qualified in tax or accountancy
- Strong background in UK M&A tax
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated and action orientated
