A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join a leading Land & Rural Property team based in Edinburgh. This is a full-time, permanent position, offering the chance to work with a highly respected and forward-thinking practice.

You will support clients across a broad range of rural property matters. Work will include the sale and purchase of farms, forestry and estates, as well as, advising on agricultural tenancies, renewables, and natural capital projects. You’ll gain exposure to a varied and stimulating client base and enjoy working within a supportive and collaborative team environment.

You will have:

  • Newly qualified status (or be due to qualify in 2025)
  • Experience in property law (rural experience is a plus but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • A commitment to delivering a high standard of client service
