Personal Injury Solicitor (2-4 years')A Scottish based firm is seeking a Personal Injury Solicitor to join its expanding Edinburgh team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a varied caseload involving public liability, road traffic accidents (RTA) and employer liability claims, as well as mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the team’s growth.
The Role
- Manage claims effectively, maximising recovery of damages
- Prepare cases thoroughly, gathering all necessary evidence
- Conduct hearings in the Sheriff Courts and apply knowledge of Court of Session and Sheriff Court procedures
- Draft legal documents to a high standard
- Provide excellent client care in line with service level agreements
- Supervise and mentor junior team members
About You
- Scottish-qualified solicitor with 2-4 years’ PQE
- Experience in court litigation, with strong drafting skills
- Understanding of credit hire is desirable
- Skilled in managing complex client situations and delivering clear, practical legal advice
