Service Care Legal are currently working with a leading UK law firm, who are seeking an Associate / Solicitor to join their prestigious Clinical Negligence Team based in Edinburgh.This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious legal professional to handle a caseload of complex and high-value clinical negligence claims, including birth injury, brain injury, and amputation cases, while also mentoring junior team members.Key Responsibilities:

Manage a full caseload of serious clinical negligence claims.
Lead on birth injury, brain injury, and other complex matters.
Ensure full compliance with case and time management protocols. Lead client meetings and handle complex negotiations.
Draft complex legal documentation and court submissions.

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor – Law Society of Scotland- NQ-3 years PQE+
Experience in personal injury or clinical negligence law (essential).
Strong time management and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure, manage KPIs, and prioritise deadlines.
