The Role
Job Title: On-Train Hospitality Assistant
Location: Edinburgh Waverley (Must be within a 45-minute travel distance)
Salary: 24,953 per annum + 3% commission
Training: Comprehensive training programme including a 7-day commercial skills workshop and a 2-day induction.
Contract: Permanent, 35 hours per week
Hours: Rotational shifts between 6:30 AM - 10 PM, across 5 days out 7
Start Dates in June.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead from the front as the key point of contact for passengers, providing an outstanding customer experience.
- Maintain order, safety, and security on board, creating a reassuring presence.
- Handle cash and card transactions, assist with ticketing, and manage travel queries.
- Support passengers with disabilities, ensuring everyone can travel confidently.
- Apply strong decision-making and situational awareness skills to manage unexpected situations such as overcrowding or customer concerns.
