Your Role
- Be the warm, welcoming face of our organisation-helping passengers feel safe and confident in their travel.
- Support customers with ease, ensuring they have a positive travel experience.
- Work independently and within a team, handling ticket transactions and assisting with queries.
- Provide essential help for passengers with disabilities, ensuring safe boarding and travel.

Job Title: On-Train Hospitality Assistant
Location: Edinburgh Waverley (Must be within a 45-minute travel distance)
Salary: 24,953 per annum + 3% commission
Contract: Permanent, 35 hours per week
Hours: Rotational shifts between 6:30 AM - 10 PM, across 5 days out 7
Start Dates in June.
