Job Title: On-Train Hospitality Assistant
Location: Edinburgh Waverley (Must be within a 45-minute travel distance)
Salary: 24,953 per annum + 3% commission
Contract: Permanent, 35 hours per week
Hours: Rotational shifts between 6:30 AM - 10 PM, across 5 days out 7
Start Dates in June.

Your Role:
You'll be at the heart of the passenger experience, making travel seamless, safe, and welcoming. Whether assisting customers with tickets, navigating train operations, or providing support to passengers with disabilities, this role offers varied and rewarding challenges.

Responsibilities include:
- Providing an exceptional customer experience, ensuring passengers feel valued and secure.
- Handling cash and card transactions with attention to detail.
- Managing train operations, including crowd control and travel assistance.
- Assisting passengers with disabilities, ensuring accessibility for all.
