- Provide expert guidance on employee relations issues including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance cases
- Coach and support line managers on best practice HR approaches and policy application
- Build strong working relationships across sites and act as a trusted HR advisor
- Ensure consistency in ER case handling in line with company policies and current legislation
- Support change management processes such as restructures, TUPE, or redundancy consultations
- Deliver HR training sessions to upskill managers on people management topics
- Contribute to wider HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain up-to-date HR records, reports, and metrics for your regionÂ
- Proven experience in an HR Generalist or Employee Relations role, ideally within a multi-site or field-based environment
- Strong, up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
- Confident in handling complex and high-volume ER cases with minimal supervision
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills – able to build trust quickly
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own time across multiple locations
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across ScotlandÂ
