What will the Customer Support Engineer do?

As a Customer Support Engineer, you will come to the rescue when our customers encounter any issues with their mobile devices, providing top-notch support and solutions to ensure their security needs are met. You will dive deep into technical issues, troubleshooting and resolving them with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will be key in keeping our customers' mobile experiences smooth and secure. You will build strong relationships with our customers, offering personalised support and guidance to help them navigate the ever-evolving landscape of mobile security.

What we need from you!

As well and your passion, you will come with Engineering Training and Qualifications. Ideally you will have working knowledge of the service industry and preferably you will have experience with Datacard MX6100, Canon VP140, Bowe Systec (Mail Sort) or Enveloper experience. You will come with 2-3 years experience in a similar, client facing, engineering role.
