This is a full-time remote role for a Support Analyst at a Cyber Security Solutions Company. The Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and customer support, but will also be actively involved in ongoing projects.

What projects? Well that depends on your specialties. We're looking for multiple people, with various skill sets.

Soft Skills

  • Analytical Skills
  • Troubleshooting abilities
  • Customer Support or Customer Service experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely

Technical Specialties

Hands on industry experience in at least one of the following:

  • Linux
  • Microsoft Exchange
  • Entra / Azure
  • Cyber Security
  • Hosting & Infrastructure

Demonstrable, industry experience of Python or PHP would be an advantage.

Must be comfortable working remotely and willing to travel to our offices and customer locations.
