Reed Technology is working with an amazing organisation located in Edinburgh, seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to join their team on a permanent contract.
Part of the IT Service Desk team, you'll be responsible for ensuring timely and effective resolution of end-user issues and requests, guaranteeing high level of satisfaction and operational efficiency within the organisation.
Responsibilities:
Act as a primary point of contact for IT issues and service requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Follow service desk processes using ITIL best practices and organisational standards.
Support the organisation devices and systems (laptops, mobiles, software licenses, printers, servers, etc.).
Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of service desk operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Ideally 2+ years of experience working within 1st line or 2nd line IT Service Desk support, using ticketing systems and remote support tools.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills, able to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks.
Proficiency in Office 365.
A Microsoft 365 Fundamentals Certification is highly desirable.
