Job Description:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Scheduling Lead to join a leading maintenance team in Edinburgh. This role will see you managing a team of contact centre operatives, ensuring efficient scheduling and planning operations across the business. Prior experience in a planning or scheduling environment is essential.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day management of the contact centre team

  • Conducting monthly 1:1s and performance reviews

  • Maintaining training documentation and supporting staff development

  • Ensuring all compliance and scheduling processes are adhered to

  • Supporting management in implementing new processes

  • Leading and motivating the team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment



Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a contact centre environment

  • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritise workloads effectively

  • Comfortable leading a team through change and process improvement
