Description
- Manage the extraction of clean validated data from our practice management systems.
- Maintain data accuracy, consistency and integrity across all platforms.
- Design and deliver dashboards, reports and KPIs using tools such as SSMS, SSRS, Power BI and Aderant Development Tools.
- Produce regular reports for leadership purposes.
- Perform detailed data analysis to support the Firm's strategic decisions.
- Be able to identify trends, anomalies and opportunities in financial, operational and client data.
- Support pricing, forecasting and budgeting processes with evidence based models.
- Ensure all data handling complies with GDPR, SRA regulations and internal policies.
- Support data governance initiatives, including data quality and audits and metadata management.
Profile
- Proven experience as a data analyst or business intelligence analyst ideally within a professional services environment.
- Proficient in Power BI, Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, etc.), and SQL.
- Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to explain complex data concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Be able to collaborate with colleagues across various departments in the Firm.
