About the OpportunityAn established planning consultancy is looking to expand its team with up to two hires at Senior Planner, or Associate level. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a diverse range of development projects across Scotland and the wider UK, covering multiple sectors including renewables, commercial, and residential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality town planning services across a range of sectors.
  • Lead and support on planning applications, appeals, and related projects.
  • Manage projects effectively, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.
  • Maintain and develop strong client relationships, supporting business growth.
  • Contribute to business development activities and the consultancy's growth strategy.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior colleagues where appropriate.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience working as a Town Planner (ideally with exposure to renewables, commercial, and residential projects).
  • Strong project management skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Proven ability in client relationship management and business development.
  • MRTPI status (achieved or working towards).
