Day-to-Day Responsibilities and Duties:
- Support planning applications across a range of sectors.
- Carry out research and policy analysis to inform planning strategies.
- Provide advice on planning regulations and local authority guidelines.
- Work closely with clients, local authorities, and other key stakeholders.
- Assist on complex and high-profile projects.
- Contribute to planning reports and documentation.
Candidate Requirements:
- A degree in Town Planning or a related field (RTPI accredited).
- MRTPI or working toward chartership.
- Previous Planning experience either public or private sector.
- Knowledge of UK planning laws, policies, and procedures.
