Town Planner - Edinburgh (Hybrid)
Salary: 35,000 - 45,000 (DOE) + benefits

The Role
As a Town Planner, you'll contribute to the delivery of planning advice and development strategies for a diverse client base. You'll work closely with senior colleagues, gaining exposure to high-profile projects and helping clients unlock the full potential of their land and property assets.

Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the preparation and management of planning applications and appeals
- Providing planning policy and development advice to clients and colleagues
- Supporting site appraisals, feasibility studies, and stakeholder engagement
- Liaising with local authorities, consultants, and design teams
- Contributing to project management and client reporting
About You
- MRTPI qualified or working towards chartered status
- Around 2-5 years' experience in a planning consultancy or local authority role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, commercially minded approach
- Confidence in managing multiple projects and deadlines
