Corporate Finance Solicitor

Corporate Finance Solicitor (NQ-4) – Edinburgh A leading Corporate team is seeking a Solicitor to join its practice, specialising in corporate finance work in Edinburgh. 

This role offers the chance to work on a broad range of high-value transactions, including capital raising, structuring deals and advising on complex corporate finance arrangements. The work often involves public companies listed on the London Stock Exchange, as well as transactions with an international element requiring collaboration with professional advisers in other jurisdictions.

You will gain experience in advising clients on financing structures, market transactions and the commercial context in which these operate. The role also provides the opportunity to work closely with existing clients while contributing to business development initiatives and expanding the team’s client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising on corporate finance transactions and capital markets work
• Supporting clients to meet strategic business objectives
• Conducting legal research and preparing advice or publications
• Collaborating with colleagues in specialist areas, including tax
• Applying analytical and commercial judgement to deliver practical solutions
